When I made the first Daylight Reflector on my kitchen table, I had no idea that more than 7,000 would follow ! I would like to thank each and every one of you friends, customers and partners for your support in this fantastic adventure that we are writing together to make interiors naturally brighter !
Today, Espaciel products are made in a dedicated workshop in the Lille region. The family and friendly atmosphere of the kitchen remains. It is the members of an ESAT (Establishment of Service and Assistance through Work) who assemble the Light Reflectors. For them, as for everyone else, work should be a celebration and not a chore. Laëticia and Jean-Michel, the leaders of the ESAT embody this state of mind perfectly. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their involvement 🙂
Prices will change at the end of January after 2 years without change. During this period we have tried to reduce our material purchase costs. But our local manufacturing partners have not been able to lower their prices. How can we remain faithful to Made-In-France while covering our costs? Espaciel has to balance its accounts as soon as possible to sustain its activity.
To solve this equation, Espaciel will increase its rates by the end of January. This evolution of the tariffs is variable according to the dimension of the products in order to keep a price as accessible as possible.
Your orders on the Espaciel website are the main part of our activity. Many of you also buy our products from one of our distributors. I would like to thank BHV, Nature & Confort, Leroy Merlin and Mon Aménagement Maison for their regular follow-up and for their trust.
The novelty is the development of professional applications of the light reflector. In 2019, for example, Espaciel equipped a call centre for EDF in Amiens. Offices will soon be equipped for Crédit Agricole in Lille.
Both private individuals and professionals can benefit from more daylight with the help of Daylight Reflectors.
The launch of professional construction sites leads to an increase in working capital requirements due to studies, manufacturing and payment deadlines. The activity for professional customers is cash consuming, even before receiving the first payment. Not to mention the waiting time for the balance after receipt. It is a different business model from Internet sales.
