This policy explains how Espaciel processes your personal data when you browse our website, create an account, place an order or contact us.

2. Data we process
Depending on how you use the website, we may process:
- your identity and contact details;
- data relating to your account, orders, deliveries and invoices;
- information required to process payments, without storing your full bank card details;
- messages, quotation requests and photos you choose to send us;

3. Purposes and legal bases
- Performance of a contract: account creation and management, orders, payment, delivery, returns and after-sales service.
- Legal obligations: accounting, invoicing and fraud prevention.

- account and order data: for the duration of the customer relationship and then for applicable statutory periods;
- invoices and accounting documents: 10 years;
- prospect and contact enquiries: up to 3 years after the last active contact;
- analytics and advertising identifiers: no longer than 13 months, according to the preferences recorded in Didomi.
6. International transfers
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use a GDPR-approved mechanism such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
