On the occasion of this new year, here are the new Espaciel products that we are happy to share with you :

1. Production of a new series of 500 Light Reflectors
A new manufacturing batch of Espaciel Reflectors is in progress.
Delayed by several weeks, the n°6 series of production is now well launched with our industrial and logistic partners. It has 500 reflectors. All orders received by the end of 2018 are now delivered or in the process of being delivered.
We are now able to deliver all orders within 2 weeks.
2. Relay Point Delivery

Customer satisfaction surveys have shown that home delivery by Chronopost is not always appreciated because many people are at work during the day. As a result, orders cannot be delivered and are dropped off at the nearby post office where each customer can pick up their products for 14 days.
From February 1st, Espaciel offers an additional and free delivery service: delivery in Relay Points with Mondial Relay.
If you are attached to home delivery, the option will still be available with a small supplement, as it will no longer be the classic formula.
3. Publication of the 1st Espaciel user guide
Since its creation, Espaciel has been promoting the innovative idea of the Daylight Reflector and its benefits. The questions received from our users show that our communication remains too focused on product presentation and installation.
Their use deserves to be better documented with a sharing of experiences and knowledge that can be useful to everyone. We are proud to present the first Espaciel user guide. Subscribe now to the newsletter to receive more information in preview. It will be complemented by more frequent posting of tips on the FAQ, customer testimonials on the Espaciel blog and new videos on our YouTube channel.
They are essential tools to achieve our goal: to make natural light accessible to all.
4. Fenced tour de table
These new steps would not be possible without the financial support of our investment partners. We would like to thank them in particular for their confidence in the relevance of our products and in the future of the company.
At the end of 2018, Finorpa and Noria reinvested alongside us in a joint fund raising with 10 members of Paris Business Angels joining Espaciel.
Several Espaciel clients also invested via the Sowefund crowdfunding platform with 70 individual subscriptions.
5. New premises at EuraTechnologies

We are the only player in the world to offer Daylight Reflectors for windows and French windows. This originality is Espaciel’s strength, but also its fragility.
The marketing of Light Reflectors remains the key issue for the company’s development in 2019.
You have to make yourself known to exist. This is why Espaciel has joined the Village by CA within the EuraTechnologies cluster in Lille. Surrounded by the best experts in web and innovation communication, the team can only progress to provoke and seize all the opportunities to come.
