A 20/20 start despite the Covid
Despite the health crisis, Espaciel continues to move forward. We are multiplying our initiatives to make natural light accessible to everyone. We are happy to have your confidence in us to carry out our mission. The period of confinement was very difficult in terms of organization. Everyone had to make great efforts. This was also the case at Espaciel and our partners. We apologize to our customers who have seen the delivery times lengthen. Thank you again for your patience and your understanding.
Aline rejoint l’équipe Espaciel
Aline joins Espaciel in the marketing and sales team led by Thomas. Aline takes over from Camille who left us after obtaining her Master 2 in work-study. Congratulations to Camille for this success and for her work at Espaciel during 2 years. We are happy to have Aline in the team and we already appreciate her attentive follow-up with our customers.
New Espaciel website
The Espaciel website has been completely renewed. It is enriched with new contents to better accompany you in the discovery of our solutions. An inspiration page has been created to present the most representative applications of our products. A natural light wiki has been created on the site. It includes 100 thematic sheets that constitute a knowledge base immediately accessible online.
New product, the Intelligent Reflector
Many of you have asked us for a reflector that follows the movement of the sun in the sky throughout the day. We developed and tested this product in the spring. It is the Intelligent Reflector. It is now in the industrialization phase. We are launching pre-sales now. They will continue in November on the Kickstarter site. The delivery of the Intelligent Reflector is planned from April 2021.
Daylighting and road safety
Espaciel has designed and supplied 80 reflectors to naturally illuminate a road gallery in the Alps. This equipment improves road safety and in particular the safety of sport cyclists. This test device was realized within the framework of a pilot operation of the department of Haute Savoie. We thank the partners of the project for the confidence granted to Espaciel: the Centre d’Etude des Tunnels, Nature & Confort, Ingelux and Alpes Ecologie.

Espaciel fundraising on Sowefund
Thanks to the investors who joined us in the adventure on Sowefund. Despite the loss of reference and the strong slowdown of investments in startups during the confinement, Espaciel has successfully completed its fundraising.
